FAQs

  • We accept the following payment methods:

    • Visa and Visa Debit
    • Mastercard and Debit Mastercard
  • Please note that we occasionally run complimentary shipping promotions
    here. Shipping costs will be applied at checkout.

  • Unfortunately, we currently only offer delivery in the UK. Please sign up
    for the SOMEWHERE GOOD newsletter to receive information on new
    country launches as and when they happen.

  • We currently use the following couriers, but this may change from time
    to time in order to give you the best service possible

    • Royal Mail Tracked 48h (2-3 Business Days)
    • Royal Mail Tracked 24h (1-2 Business Days)
    • DPD Premium Next Working Day (24 Hour)
    • DHL Saturday Delivery
  • Once your item has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive
    an email containing tracking information.

  • We aim to process and ship all orders on the day of purchase if received
    before 2pm on Monday - Friday. Orders received over the weekend will
    be shipped on Monday. UK Bank Holidays may affect dispatch times. This
    time is also subject to change due to the nature of national holidays and
    heavy order volumes.

  • Once an order has been completed, we unfortunately cannot change the
    shipping address. Exceptions can be made in the event of a simple
    spelling error, if this is the case, please contact customer support at
    help@somewheregood.studio as quickly as possible and state clearly the
    changes that need to be made.

  • Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific date and time via the
    SOMEWHERE GOOD website. If a change of delivery date is needed,
    please contact the courier directly to establish if this is possible.

    Why have I not received my order within the delivery window?

    Please check the following before contacting our customer service team:

    • Check you have received an email confirming your order has been
      dispatched.
    • Check the tracking information that is included in your dispatch
      confirmation email using the relevant link / code.
    • Check for emails, phone calls and attempted delivery cards from
      one of couriers, it may be that your parcel is being held at your
      local depot awaiting collection or redelivery.
    • Check nobody at your address has taken the delivery on your
      behalf

    Although our couriers should not leave your parcel with a neighbour its
    always worth checking. Please contact the courier and
    help@somewheregood.studio and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue as
    quickly as possible.

  • Orders are processed automatically, therefore, once you receive
    confirmation of your order unfortunately it cannot be cancelled.

  • We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. But if you need to
    make a return for any reason we will be happy to help. We've made our
    exchange and returns process easy via our UK returns portal. We offer
    tracked domestic returns through Royal Mail. You have 14 days from
    receiving your order to create your exchange or return. Please ensure
    before you return an item that all tags are attached, all original
    packaging is present and intact (This includes the rip-stop dust bags that
    come with both t-shirts and socks. Returns will not be accepted if these
    are missing).

    Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
