Unfortunately, we currently only ship to addresses in the UK. Please sign
up for the SOMEWHERE GOOD newsletter to receive information on new
country launches as and when they happen. -
We use the following couriers, although this may change from time to
time in order to give you the best service possible. Royal Mail Tracked
48h (2-3 Business Days)- Royal Mail Tracked 24h (1-2 Business Days)
- DPD Premium Next Working Day (24 Hour)
- DHL Saturday Delivery

Once your item has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive
an email containing tracking information. -
We aim to process and ship all orders on the day of purchase if the order
is placed before 2pm Monday - Friday. Orders received on the weekend
will be shipped on Monday. UK Bank Holidays may affect dispatch times.
This time is also subject to change due to the nature of national holidays
and heavy order volumes. -
Once an order has been completed we unfortunately cannot change the
shipping address. Exceptions can be made in the event of a simple
spelling error, if this is the case, please contact customer support
at help@somewheregood.studio as quickly as possible and state clearly
the changes that need to be made. -
Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific delivery date or time
via the SOMEWHERE GOOD website. If a change of delivery date is
needed, please contact the courier directly to establish if this is possible. -
